And a devoted mum gratefully immersed in the natural beauty of the northern beaches in Sydney.
Once a creative stylist for thirty years, guided to go inwards and take a deep exhale from some deeply painful ancestral patterns, and a way of life that was causing burn out and imbalance.
I now guide others to transform their lives one day at a time, one step at a time, to embody their soul gifts in a balanced and grounded way.
